Health Wellness

We often heard someone exclaimed “I don’t feel good this morning” or “I don’t feel well.”

Although that person is not ill to the extent of performing work or chores that is required, that person does not have the feeling of balanced wellness or in a state of being well.

What is wellness?
Wellness is best described as a positive approach to living. Generally, wellness is used to describe a balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. Wellness is also known as a state of health that we are in.

In what state can we understand wellness?
Have you wake up in the morning with a good feeling? It would be a good indication that you are in appropriate wellness state. (more…)
